OmegaBD works to keep product information, images, prices, variants, availability, and policy details accurate. If an error is found, OmegaBD may contact the customer before fulfillment.

Orders and Availability

Orders are subject to product availability, payment status, address quality, verification where needed, and courier coverage. OmegaBD may hold or cancel orders that cannot be verified or fulfilled.

Pricing and Payment

Available payment options and final order totals are shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch where needed. Discounts, coupons, and delivery processs follow the active campaign or checkout rules.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate contact information, complete delivery address, correct product/variant selection, and timely support responses when verification is required.

Misuse and Fake Orders

OmegaBD may cancel, hold, or restrict orders that appear fake, abusive, fraudulent, or repeatedly undeliverable.

Policy Updates

OmegaBD may update store policies as operations, courier rules, supplier terms, payment methods, or legal requirements change.
