Warranty applies only when a warranty is clearly stated on the product page. Warranty terms can vary by product, brand, supplier, and product category.

What May Be Required

Warranty claims may require the order number, purchase date, issue description, photos or video, and product inspection or supplier review.

What Warranty May Not Cover

  • Misuse, accidental damage, or physical damage.
  • Water damage unless the product is specifically covered for it.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Damage from incorrect use, storage, or installation.

Resolution

Depending on the product terms and issue, an approved warranty claim may result in repair, replacement, supplier review, or another resolution confirmed by OmegaBD.

Before requesting warranty support

Warranty support works fastest when the product page clearly mentions warranty and the customer can share complete order evidence. For products without a written warranty term on the product page, OmegaBD may still help review the issue, but a repair, replacement, or supplier-backed resolution is not guaranteed.

Warranty request checklist

  • Share your order number, phone number used during checkout, and delivery date.
  • Send clear photos or video showing the issue, full product, package, and courier label if available.
  • Do not open, repair, modify, wash, or force-use the product before reporting a warranty issue.
  • For electronics or fans, include charging/usage details so the support team can understand the problem.
